Following a successful concept pitch and formal RFP submission, our team prepared the full game design documentation and received project approval from Warner Bros. We led project management end-to-end, coordinating with an external development team in Korea. Throughout production, we managed communication, asset delivery, milestone reviews, iterative feedback, approvals, and quality assurance to ensure a smooth development cycle through final launch.
